Whether it’s for her charming personality, refreshing acting or sartorial serves, Irish princess (*cough*) American actress Ayo Edebiri goes viral on socials every other day. Her breakout role as sous-chef Sydney Adamu on The Bear and more recently her lead role in thriller film Opus have made her one of Hollywood’s biggest names right now. She received her (well-deserved) flowers during awards season, so we’re giving her all the 10s on a different subject – her style.

When in doubt, black dress it out. Ayo’s Emmys dress served the perfect amount of drama – just look at the curved lines, balloon structure and panelling! Alongside the dainty earrings and necklace, it makes perfect sense that she collected her award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in this flawless look.

Whether it’s off-duty or on-duty, Ayo never disappoints. In an interview with Vogue, she revealed that the grey Loewe suit she wore to the 2025 Golden Globes was inspired both by an iconic Julia Roberts moment and the costumes designer Jonathan Anderson designed for the film Queer – we’re suckers for well-executed references in fashion.
