THE BEAT BREAKDOWN: FROSTED GLAM

If you haven’t tried the frosted glam look already, keep up! Winter’s coolest makeup look is characterised by icy tones, dewy skin and lots of shimmer. It’s the ultimate festive party look for darker-skinned girls like @linnygd (who’s setting the bar *high*, BTW). Want your beat to look just like Linasha’s? We’ve got you.
#1: THE BASE
A shimmery base is your starting point – Milk’s Hydro Grip + Glow and Charlotte Tilbury’s Flawless Filter are our holy grails for *that* glow-from-within look. Once you’re primed to perfection, buff in your foundation with a stippling brush for a full-coverage, skin-like finish. Blend a buildable concealer with a damp sponge to achieve a bright under-eye, and use a setting powder to avoid any unwanted flashback.

#2: THE CONTOUR, BLUSH AND BRONZER
The trick to mastering dewy glam is by using liquid-based products. Our fave contour technique? Blending a small amount of liquid contour with a dense angled brush on your cheekbones, jawline and forehead, layering until you reach your desired look. And for a soft nose contour, try out the reverse-contour hack: blend your concealer along the sides of your nose as this draws more light in, resulting in a subtle but defined sculpt.

#3: THE EYES
If the aim is to sparkle like Christmas tinsel, shimmery eyeshadows will be your BFF.
