NO GATEKEEPING: THESE ARE THE TRENDING COLOURS FOR AUTUMN 2024
By Symone Keisha, 9 September 2024
That annual autumn wardrobe refresh is approaching, but before you get started, we're here to make it a whole lot easier. We've compiled every colour you need to be wearing this season – no gatekeeping here! With style inspiration stemming from the AW24 runways and our favourite celebs, here are the shades on our A/W moodboard.

#1: GREEN
This season's iteration of the colour green comes in cool-girl khaki, with notes of muted sage – taking inspo from the Gucci, Burberry and Chloe AW24 runways. Don’t be afraid to mix up your textures on this one and take pointers from the boho trend with slouchy oversized bags. The NYFW show-goers *definitely* got the memo.

#2: BROWN
Is it really an autumn style update without earth tones? Take inspo from nature this season and rework the colour brown as a new neutral – that dress-meets-cardi combo means so much more in a chocolate-rich hue. Amp up the appeal with a western belt and you've got a weekend look in the bag.

#3: BURGUNDY
You’ve probably seen it infiltrating your socials and the street-style scene already, and we’re here to echo the sentiment: burgundy is boss – just ask Bottega and Prada. Get your burgundy fix in the form of dresses, shirts and blouses or go the accessories route with glossy kitten heels.

#4: BLUE
Bold blues are acting as autumn's much-needed colour pop. Take style cues from our favourite DJ Peggy Gou with a hot shot of cobalt on your feet, or beat the chill with a bright blue scarf. For full commitment, choose a throw-on-and-go knit in AW24's brightest shade.
