WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT PEGGY GOU'S LOOKS?!
By Emma Strawbridge, August 23, 2024

Peggy arriving at the Jacquemus 'La Casa' Cruise show in Capri, Italy.
Even when she’s going for a luxe look, you can count on Peggy to bring a techy feel – those electric-blue Nike sneaks bring so much edge (not to mention comfort) to this head-to-toe Jacquemus 'fit. And the color clashing? No notes.

Attending a Miu Miu lunch hosted by Sydney Sweeney during Cannes Film Festival.
At the base of it, Peggy’s wearing a white T-shirt and jeans, but with the long braids, jewelry, sunglasses and underwear-as-outerwear – she’s proving even the simplest outfits can EAT. All you need are some standout accessories and plenty of attitude.

These looks give office siren to the max, but with a twist. For the Bottega show, Peggy opted for mensy tailoring with a relaxed fit and pops of color to break up the boardroom-ready palette. In contrast, the Cannes look is peak modern elegance – a deconstructed suit-turned-dress. The definition of ‘get you a girl who can do both’.

On the red carpet at the amfAR Cannes Gala 30th edition in Cap d'Antibes, France.
What should be a classic red carpet look is transformed here, with floor-length bows, mesh paneling and a thigh-high slit – talk about bringing the drama. But the monochrome hues keep the look from straying into ‘too much’ territory, (not that we believe there is such a thing, of course).

Before performing at the Grand Prix in Monaco.
Peggy almost always performs in a pair of racer-style sunglasses – fitting for the F1 setting. We love the grungey aesthetic of this look, from the paneled tartan corset to the leather mini and knee-high boots. It’s the perfect ‘fit for a club night, and the ideal excuse to plan one (make sure Peggy Gou is on the getting-ready playlist though).
