Create return

  • Return through your local GLS drop off point in over 1,300 locations
  • You can print a label from the carrier website by clicking the create return link
  • Open 7 days a week, early until late
  • Your return will be processed in approximately 15 calendar days

Postnord

  • Please don't return items bought directly from ASOS Brand Partners to us (this will cause delays to your refund).
  • No printer needed! Simply use the returns label that came with your item(s).
  • Then, just drop it at your local drop-off point.
  • Please allow up to approximately 10 days for your refund to be processed.
