OFFICIAL RULES
What You Need To Know:
We love running sweepstakes for you guys and we want to be as clear as possible on how you enter, and how the prize is drawn. Please read the nuts and bolts below for the full details.
1. We know that there are ASOS lovers all around the world, but this sweepstake is only open to residents of the United States of America aged 18 or over who hold a valid, active Premier account. So that we are completely fair, anyone employed by us or professionally connected to this sweepstakes is not allowed to enter.
2. You will need to make a valid purchase to take part in this sweepstake. You’ll also need to have access to the internet and have a valid, active ASOS Premier Account in order to enter.
3. Sweepstake Period: You can enter between 08:00 UCT on October 13th 2021 and 08:00 UCT on the October 14th 2021.
4. To Enter: Entering this Sweepstakes is simple, just complete a purchase using your Premier account at ASOS and use the promo code ASOSPREM30 at checkout within the Sweepstakes Period to be automatically entered into the Sweepstake.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes without a purchase in the United States of America, email your first and last name, mailing address and phone number to ASOSPremier@promowinners.com. You will be responsible for all costs associated to sending the email entry. All received entries become the exclusive property of ASOS and will not be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into. All email entries must be sent and received no later than 08:00 UCT October 14th, 2021.
5. You’ll receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstake for every separate unique order that you make during the Sweepstake Period, to a maximum of one (1) entry per day.
6. The Prizes: If you’re selected as our lucky winner, you will win 1 x $200 ASOS voucher. There will be 400 winners. The total value of Prizes is $80,000.
7. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a) The voucher has no expiry date.
b) The winner will receive an individual gift voucher code via email to register it to their ASOS Premier account as credit.
c) Vouchers can be used across multiple purchases and can be used as part or full payment against eligible items on the ASOS websites (this does not include ASOS Marketplace or the purchase of other ASOS gift vouchers).
d) Unless otherwise required by law, no cash refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the gift voucher is locked to the winner’s account and can be used against future purchases.

8. Winner Selection: So that you know we’ve selected our winners fairly from all the valid entries we receive, the random draw will be carried out by PromoVeritas, the independent verification service to select 400 winners. The draw will take place within 5 working days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
9. Contacting the Winners: We’ll contact the provisional winners via the email address provided used on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
10. Prize Acceptance: If you are our lucky winners, we will send you your Prizes as soon as we can and they will be delivered to you within 28 days of the date you accept the Prize in accordance with the details provided by you. In the unlikely event that your Prize doesn’t arrive within 28
days of your Prize Acceptance, you’ll have a further 28 days to inform us by emailing the team at: win@asos.com. If you don’t let us know within this time frame, we will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at our sole discretion.
11. Provided no objection from the winners is received, we’ll make a winners list available 4 weeks after the close of the Sweepstakes Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be at available by sending a request via email to win@asos.com. Winners can object to their surname or county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced by emailing win@asos.com. However, without prejudice, we will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
12. Sorry, but you can’t transfer a Prize to someone else or exchange it for a cash alternative.
13. If, for reasons we can’t control, the Prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative Prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value.
The Legal and Other Bits
No one likes the small print, but we need to let you know about some other important stuff too and make you feel comfortable that we run our sweepstakes properly, fairly (and legally!):
14. Data Privacy: We care a lot about the security of your personal data and it will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: https://www.asos.com/privacy-policy/ and will only be used for the purposes of the sweepstakes save where you have opted in to receive communications from ASOS. We will only share your data with our Fulfilment Partners for the to fulfil this sweepstakes.
15. In the event that the winner is a US resident, they will be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and furnish their social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
16. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, we reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Official Rules, or invalidate any affected entries and/or to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
17. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We can’t guarantee continuous or secure access to ASOS.com.
18. We and our associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is
suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Sweepstakes or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. However, nothing will exclude our liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
19. We won’t be liable for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations for reasons beyond our reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances of ours.
20. If any part/s of these Official Rules are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
21. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.
22. If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and those in any promotional material, these Official Rules will prevail.
23. These Official Rules are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
