How do I use my ASOS Gift Card?

When you buy a physical ASOS gift card, before you can spend it, you’ll need to exchange it for an E-gift card. 

To exchange your ASOS gift card for an E-gift card, click here.  

• Enter the code and pin number on the back of your gift card 
• You’ll be given an ASOS E-gift card code, which will be shown on screen and also emailed to you.  
• Add your E-gift card to your ASOS account, ready to spend! 
  
  

To pay for your order with an ASOS E-gift card, you have two options: 

Option 1 -  use your E-gift card straight away at the checkout 

If you're shopping via the App, go to the E-gift card tab, where you’ll be prompted to add your E-gift card to your ASOS account.  

Once you’ve added your E-gift card to your account, you’ll be directed back to the checkout, where you can copy your E-gift card code and apply it to your order. 

If you're not using the app, you’ll be prompted to add your E-gift card in My account before completing your order.  

Option 2 - add your E-gift card to spend later 

Add an ASOS E-gift card to your account here.  

Enter the code that you received on screen (and via email). 

Once saved, your E-gift card will be ready to use the next time you get to checkout. 

Don’t forget…. 

Once the E-gift card has been added to an ASOS account, it can't be transferred. 
 
If you're spending more than the value of your E-gift card, you'll need to pay the extra using a credit or debit card in the usual way. 
 
If you're spending less than the value of your E-gift card, the credit will stay on your account for you to spend at a later date. You'll need to spend it before the expiry date of the E-gift card.
