How do I activate my ASOS Gift Card?

Your physical ASOS Gift Card will need to be exchanged for an E-Gift Card before you can use it. If your card hasn’t been exchanged, you won’t be able to use it at checkout or lock it onto your account.

You'll find simple instructions on the back of the Gift Card to tell you how to redeem and use your card. You'll need your pin code for this: to reveal your pin, gently and carefully scratch off the coating in the designated section of the card.

Using a Gift Card

Once you’ve exchanged your gift card for an E-gift card, it’s ready to use:

Go to the 'Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards' section of 'My Account'.
Click 'Add Gift Card / E-Gift Card' and select 'Gift Card'.
Lock your ASOS Gift Card to your account.
You’ll need to enter the code you were sent by email.
Once saved, your E-Gift Card will be ready to use the next time you get to checkout.
