How do I sign up to ASOS Premier?
To sign up to ASOS Premier,
- log in to ‘My Account’ and purchase it in the ‘ASOS Premier’ tab, or
- add ASOS Premier to your bag at checkout, or
- purchase ASOS Premier here.
ASOS Premier is valid on the order you purchase it on and can take up to 1 hour to be activated. You'll receive an email once it’s active.
Things to keep in mind
Certain brands may be subject to additional delivery instructions depending on which warehouse they're shipped from, so bear this in mind when ordering your items! Here’s why certain products are shipped from different warehouses.
- Your subscription is locked to the site you bought it on. You can’t use ASOS Premier in another country with the subscription.
- You can see if Premier is active on your account when you come to checkout.
Can I cancel my ASOS Premier subscription?
You can cancel ASOS Premier:
- within 15 minutes of ordering it through 'My Account'; or
- within the first calendar month of ordering by contacting Customer Care.
