From his impressive acting credits to his unique ability to instantly become a meme, Timothée Chalamet is *always* trending. However, over the years he's also cemented himself as a fashion icon, both on and off the red carpet (particularly when it comes to his sunglasses collection). #1: CHOOSE STREETWEAR FOR COOL-GUY APPEAL
He's an NYC native, so of course Timmy knows his streetwear. Whether it's logo-peppered hoodies or this 00s-inspired 'fit he definitely stole from the wardrobe of Jamie Dornan, relaxed and effortless is the name of the game here. Topped off with Nike trainers, this look is the epitome of cool and casual.

#2: ELEVATE YOUR LOOKS WITH LEATHER
The Dune 2 press run gave us two things: Zendaya and Law Roach's iconic archive pulls and Timothée’s newfound obsession with leather. If you’re not already in on the faux-leather trend, follow his lead from red carpet to casual. A co-ord moment? Check. Paired with a knit jumper? Check. And chunky leather loafers or boots? Check, check, check.

#3: INVEST IN THE BASICS
'Stock up on basics' is clearly Timothée's motto – he’s always dressing them up or down. During a London photocall for A Complete Unknown, Timothée donned a pair of baggy jeans, a grey Harrington and a basic tee, rounding off the simple look with a pair of trending loafers. Remember: you never have to do too much to look suave.

#4: PICK BROWN OVER BLACK
In true Bob Dylan fashion, Timothée recently opted for a brown suede suit, scarf and a pair of sunglasses. In case we don't already sound like a broken record, brown is the colour of the season, and if there's one thing Mr. Chalamet's going to do, it's stay on top of the trends – and add some 70s casuals for some extra charm.

#5: TAILORING IS ALWAYS FUN
Use Timothée as a reference for bringing some fun to your formal occasion looks. Timothée opted for a custom Martine Rose suit paired with a statement floral shirt + a snakeskin belt peeking through. We also have to shout out his Golden Globes suit – tailored to perfection plus some added pizzazz in the form of a blue scarf.
