Here at ASOS HQ, we’ve done the research, scoured the runways and street-style snaps, and asked our Fashion Team for their expert opinion. SPOTLIGHT ON: SUEDE

One of the biggest trends of AW24? Suede. From Louis Vuitton to Loewe and everyone’s favourite Puerto Rican rapper, Bad Bunny, we’re seeing suede everywhere. And the easiest way to wear it is on your feet.

SLIP-ON STYLE

If you love your Birkenstock Bostons, you’ll love these. Everyone owns a pair of boots from Dr. Martens, but the brand's shoe game is strong too. Perfect for transitional looks, pair these ZebZag mules with socks and any denim that fits your vibe. Plus, mules are having a major moment right now, too – so that’s two trends in one.

HIP-HOP ENERGY

It’s time to dust off your Timberlands because they're back. The worker boot (AKA the hip-hop icon) was the shoe of choice for everyone from Notorious B.I.G. to Kanye West in the mid-90s and 2000s, with many hip-hop artists and rappers still wearing them today. And we’re into it. Pair them with baggy denim and plenty of knitwear to embrace OG style and the cooling temps.

THE SMART(ISH) ONE

The return of the Clarks Wallabee is upon us, but we're a fan the desert shoe. Arguably the Wallabee's smarter cousin, this low-profile style will look good with anything from denim to chinos. To riff on the brand's heritage, just add an overshirt for a hit of workwear-inspired style.

As much as we love suede, we can’t deny the classics.
