You may have your downtime looks on lock, but there’s one place summer dressing can be a tricky conundrum… the office. Between the sweltering commute and the ice-cold air con, your work looks need to handle it all – and still land, of course. Luckily, our Fashion Team have come up with three failsafe 'fits to see you through the rest of sunny season.
Striped shirts are exceptionally office-appropriate, but the trick to avoiding full 80s Wall Street is an oversized shape. You only have to look at the street style that follows each Fashion Week to see smart separates in wider cuts are here to stay. Maybe it’s the ever-present influence of Tyler, The Creator, but loafers, high socks and wide-cut shorts are the perfect blend of smart-meets-skate.

Now you’ve nailed the cut, it's time to sort the colour scheme. Take a step outside of tradition with neutral brown instead of classic black, grey or navy, and don't be afraid of lighter hues when it comes to shoes – a pair of light-stone loafers says something fresh while still elevating the full 'fit. But if you truly want to climb the corporate *style* ladder, a knitted tank in an abstract print will inject some summer energy AND help you manage the fluctuating temperatures of commute-to-desk.

If your office dictates a more traditional colour scheme, stick to low-key hues but mix it up in the texture department.
