THE TOPMAN JEANS GUIDE
By Steven Potter, 1 November 2021
There aren’t many brands with a denim line-up as sweet (and as varied) as Topman's. To help you choose a pair that best suits your vibe, we’ve made a cheat sheet with the deets of each one. Are you a super-skinny fan, or are you branching out into baggier territory? Like the Carpenter style's utility creds, or do you prefer a tapered leg to show off your trainer collection? Keep scrollin’ to find your perfect match👇

Skinny
TM’s skinny jeans are trailblazing. As one of the first mainstream brands to offer truly tight cuts, Topman’s skinny jeans have styled out everyone from rockstars to island-dwelling TV contestants. Expect a skinny cut across the hips and through the legs – perfect with boots and kicks.

Spray-on skinny
If the skinny jeans aren’t tight enough for ya, step into a pair of spray-ons – unsurprisingly, Topman’s tightest style. Don’t worry, though – comfort is still key, which is why these jeans are made from super-stretchy lightweight denim.

Relaxed
The relaxed fit is one of Topman’s newest shapes and comes in non-stretch denim for a more authentic jeans-y feel. We love this fit, cos it instantly gives your casual look a more 90s skater edge, and we’re all about that.

Straight
The straight-leg does exactly what it says on the tin. These jeans are cut straight from hip to hem in non-stretch denim. They’re perfect for giving your everyday vibe a more throwback edge – think dad jeans, but cooler.

Balloon
This is Topman's widest cut for big-time baggy points. Now, to compensate for the wider-than average leg, this fit comes in a cropped length. You know, so your brave new balloon fits don't smother those boxfresh sneaks – ideal.

Baggy
New to the TM fold, the baggy style is the loosest shape you can bag (lol). Going from any fit to baggy is the easiest way to get your everyday look noticed. And, yes, before you ask, you can DEFINITELY pull these off. Plus, they're comfy asf.

Super baggy
Honestly, there's never been so much choice when it comes to flexing a looser pair of jeans. You've seen the balloon and baggy fits, and here's the super baggy. Yep, baggier than the baggy, and not as cropped as the balloon, these jeans are 100% DRIPPING in 90s nostalgia. These are gonna fly, trust.

Carpenter
BIG utility vibes with these bad boys. Cut with a relaxed straight leg, this fit is named after its worker predecessors. The giveaways are the extra strapping and pocket deets that would've originally been used to stash tools on/in. Now they just look sweet.
