The phrase ‘style icon’ can be thrown around a lot, but if you’re looking for it in its purest form – it’s Tyler, The Creator. He may not be the first name that pops into your head, but he’s getting quite the sartorial reputation with a little help from his own GOLF fashion line.

And you can see why here, purveying some strong retro-skate style while out in West Hollywood with Kendall Jenner and pals. The rapper-cum-producer-cum-designer starts with a classic colour pairing – his signature move – matching his yellow, striped polo shirt with a pair of suede Converse One Stars. Then, to break up the light and bright tones, he throws on some burgundy trousers, which are roughly cut to taper slightly and show off some fresh white socks. He finishes his masterpiece with a pastel blue cap and beaded bracelet. Strong.
