Apply on dry, cleansed skin
Press the outline of the patch to release it from the film
Press and hold the patch for 5 seconds over the area and leave on for 5-8 hours
Remove the patch once it has turned from transparent to white
Cleanse and moisturise the area
Apply another patch if needed
