How do I become an ASOS.WORLD member?

ASOS.WORLD is currently being piloted in the United Kingdom. We have given a group of our customers access to take a look around. 

If you have been invited to the programme, ASOS.WORLD is completely free to join - you can sign up here or through ‘My Account’ by using the “Join Now” button.

If you haven’t been invited yet, watch this space for exciting benefits coming soon! Be the first to know by keeping an eye on your messages.

What benefits are included in each tier?

The programme has four tiers, each with an exciting set of benefits:

Where can I find the benefits for my tier?

You can easily track your ASOS.WORLD progress within the ASOS App  or ‘My Account’. Visit the ASOS.WORLD Hub to check your progress and view your benefits. If opted in, you may receive emails and push notifications from time to time to alert you when benefits are available.

If you aren’t opted in to our marketing communications, you won’t hear about when a new benefit is live (e.g. Early Access to Sale). Want to be notified? Check out how to sign up for ASOS notifications here.

Why haven't I received my tier-specific birthday discount?

We get your birthday discount code ready for you 16 days before your birthday, and we can't change it once it's set up. If you move up or down a tier within 16 days before your birthday, you'll still get the birthday discount related to your previous tier.

For you to be able to get your birthday discount, you need to set up your date of birth in your ASOS account at least 24 hours before your birthday. Otherwise, you won't get your birthday discount until next year.

How do I move between tiers?

You can qualify for a tier by hitting a total spend amount (excluding returned or cancelled orders) over a 12 month period.

  • Stylist (tier 1): Free to join!
  • Curator (tier 2): Spend £100+
  • Icon (tier 3): Spend £350+
  • A-Lister (tier 4): Spend £750+

How long do I have in my current tier?

You will receive an email or a push notification to let you know if you’ve been upgraded to a new tier with more benefits.  

Please note: It may take up to 60 minutes for your tier change to be updated in your account.  

What happens if I don't spend enough in a year to stay in my tier?

Don’t worry, you’ll still be part of ASOS.WORLD! If you don’t meet the threshold in a given year, you'll move down to the tier that reflects your total spend for that period and you will be able to enjoy the benefits of that tier.  

Do purchases I've made before I join ASOS.WORLD count towards my tier progression?

Only purchases you've made after joining the programme will count towards your ASOS.WORLD tier progress.

What happens if I return all or some of my order?

If you return qualifying purchases after being upgraded to a new tier, the refunded amount may be deducted from your progress. This means you may move down tiers. Tier movement will only happen after we've processed your refund. 

We'll send you an email or push notification to let you know if your tier status has changed. 

Please note: It may take up to 60 minutes for your tier change to be updated in your account. 

Can someone else use my ASOS.WORLD programme? 

Your account is non-transferable and unique to you. You can’t transfer or sell to another account or person.
