Apply to clean, exfoliated skin
Apply directly to skin and use long, sweeping motions across legs, arms and body
Use remaining residue on mitt for elbows and knees
Wait until touch dry before dressing
Leave on for at least six hours for best results
Re-apply 30 minutes after initial application for a deeper tan
Wash hands after use
