How does your Australian Standard Delivery service work?
You can get unlimited and free Standard delivery (no minimum spend) and Express Metro shipping* (for orders over $70 post discount) to Australia for a whole year. Premier subscription prices may vary based on promotions offered. Find out more about ASOS Premier here.

What are the basics?
- Delivery takes up to 8 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on your address) and will be delivered to your chosen Australia Post location.
- If you live in the Brisbane / Sydney / Melbourne / Perth Metro postcode areas (listed below), delivery will take up to 7 business days.
- For deliveries to rural postcode areas (listed below) take up to 14 business days.
- Standard Shipping in the Australia is free if your order is over $120 and for ASOS Premier customers. If your order is under this amount, it’ll cost $22.99.
Please bear in mind that until you choose your delivery address, the 14-day promise will be shown. Once you choose your delivery address at checkout, you'll see the correct timeframe for your postcode.
Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of ASOS, and we will advise you if this happens where we can. *

We deliver to the metro postcodes listed below within 7 business days on our Standard Delivery service (this excludes weekends and public holidays). The postcodes cover Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

Delivery to a collection point
- You can have your order delivered to a collection point. Use the 'Click & Collect' tab at checkout and enter your address to 'find a collection point' near you.
- Standard Click & Collect shipping takes up to 8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), or up to 14 business days if you live in one of the rural postcode areas (listed above).
- This service costs $22.99 or is FREE if you spend over $120 and for ASOS Premier customers.
- You'll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. You'll need to collect your order within 10 business days, otherwise it'll be returned to ASOS.
- You can also register with Australia Post before placing your order to take advantage of their 24/7 Parcel Lockers.
Delivery to an Australia Post Parcel Locker
Parcel Locker deliveries are only available on our Standard Delivery service. If you select an Express service to a Parcel Locker, this will automatically be shipped on a Standard delivery service, however we won't be able to refund the difference in the delivery service charges.
If you're not going to be around for a delivery or you don't want to wait for the postal worker, you can take advantage of the Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Lockers.

You’ll need to register online with Australia Post to get a unique Customer Number. You can then choose a convenient Parcel Locker location, and Australia Post will send you the address. Use this address for your next order. It will be something like this:

What happens when your order is ready for collection
- You’ll receive your one-off access code by SMS or email.
- You’ll need this code and either the last 5 digits of your Australia Post customer number, or the mobile number your parcel notification was sent to.
- Your parcel will be held in the locker location for 48 hours. If not collected in this time, it will be moved to the nearest Australia Post facility offering collections. You'll get an email with collection details and have up to 5 business days to pick it up before it's returned to us.
